How we work with people in Hialeah

Most first meetings from Hialeah start with a change at home: a baby, a mortgage, a parent who needs help, a second income that stopped. The question underneath is what the household would live on if one paycheck stopped, and how to save properly at the same time. A first meeting puts numbers to that, roughly, not to the dollar, and shows what term life, disability income, long-term care and an annuity each do and do not do.

The four things we help with in Hialeah

A whole life policy is one part of a plan. These are the four product lines we place, and what each one is for. Every page says what the product is, who it is for, what it is not, and what it costs.

Life insurance

Life insurance pays a fixed sum to the people you name if you die while the policy is in force. Term covers a set number of years; permanent is built to last your whole life.

Disability income

Disability income insurance replaces part of your paycheck, usually 60 to 70 percent, if illness or injury keeps you from working for an extended period.

Long-term care

Long-term care insurance helps pay for help with daily living, at home or in a facility, when age or illness means you can no longer manage on your own.

Annuities

An annuity is a contract with an insurer: you deposit money, and the insurer guarantees interest, a stream of income, or both. Fixed and indexed annuities protect your principal from market losses.

Who in Hialeah usually calls

We work with people at every stage, from a first job to well into retirement. Most first meetings start with one specific thing on someone's mind.

In Hialeah that is often a family looking after both children and parents, asking what would happen to the household if one income stopped and what long-term care would cost.

People starting out
The earlier the start, the less it costs. A first meeting sets the savings rate and shows what a plan would look like at your age.
New parents and new homeowners
A mortgage or a child changes what would happen to the people you support if your income stopped.
Self-employed people and business owners
No employer plan means no group life or disability cover. You build your own.
People nearing retirement
Long-term care and what to do with savings you cannot afford to lose are the two most common questions.
People already retired
Turning savings into income that lasts, protecting it from a long illness, and leaving something behind without a fight over it.
Anyone with a policy they do not understand
If you were sold something years ago and cannot explain it, we will read it with you.

How a first meeting works

You pick a time on the calendar and choose Google Meet or a phone call. A licensed agent meets you then. It takes about 30 minutes.

  1. You say what prompted the meeting

A baby, a mortgage, a new business, a parent needing care, a policy you want checked, or simply wanting to save properly. Whatever it is, start there.

  2. We ask about income, dependants and what you already have

Roughly, not to the dollar. We want to know what would be missing if something happened, what already covers it, and what you are saving now.

  3. You get a plain picture of the options

Including the option of buying nothing. If something fits, we explain how it works, what it costs, and what the catches are, in writing. If a policy is part of it, you get an illustration for your own age and health, not someone else's.

After the meeting you decide. There are no repeated call-backs, and nothing is applied for until you say so.

Questions people in Hialeah ask

Are you licensed to advise people in Hialeah?
First meetings are with Jake Goralnik, a licensed insurance agent in [states] with NPC Financial. Hialeah is in Miami-Dade County, Florida. We confirm that the licence covers where you live before anything is applied for, and say so plainly if it does not.
Do I need to come to an office in Hialeah?
No. First meetings are on Google Meet or by phone, your choice, about 30 minutes, at a time you pick on the calendar. Anything that follows, including an illustration for your own age and health, is sent to you in writing.
What does a first meeting cost?
Nothing. You do not pay a fee at any stage. If a policy is issued, the insurer pays the agent a commission, and the premium is the same whether you buy through us or directly. Buying nothing is a normal outcome of a first meeting.
